Located in the beautiful Frio
Canyon deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Leakey is a
great place to live, work, and raise a family! It is my privilege
and honor to welcome you to Leakey I.S.D. I want to assure you that
our staff of dedicated and competent teachers will provide your
child with an excellent education during the time that they are
enrolled in our school. We are committed to providing not only a
superior academic education but we also offer a very well developed
extra-curricular program of fine arts and athletics. Our school is
small enough that we can personally know every child and parent and
yet large enough to offer all of the curricular and
extra-curricular programs that are essential for a well rounded
education. We encourage parental input in the learning process. It
is so important that the home and school works together to ensure
that each child’s needs are being met. My office door is always
open and I would like to invite you to drop by and see me whenever
you are on our campus. Together we can equip your child with the
foundation they need in order to be successful in college. We
firmly believe that a superior education is the key to ensuring
that our students will enjoy a productive and happy life. If there
is ever anything that I can do to assist you, please do not
hesitate to call.
